Fellow (fellow.legal) is a law firm for startups and their investors. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website and our LinkedIn ads, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to your@fellow.legal.
When you request a guide, subscribe to our newsletter, contact us, or submit a LinkedIn lead form, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, email address, company and job title. We also record where the request came from (the page or ad you used) so we can see which of our content is useful.
Like most websites, we use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. That data is aggregated and used only to improve the site.
We use your details to send you what you asked for, to send our monthly newsletter, and to follow up on your request. We do not sell your information.
We use service providers to run the site and send email: Webflow (website hosting), Brevo (email and contact management) and LinkedIn (if you submitted a lead form there). They process your data on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can stop marketing email at any time by using it or by writing to your@fellow.legal. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at the same address. If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or California, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honour them. We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it. We may update this notice from time to time; the latest version is always on this page.
