Fellow is purposefully built on subscriptions and flat fees to align incentives with our clients, providing exceptional value. This is especially valuable for pre-Series A companies with repetitive legal work. Similarly, we create bespoke subscriptions for later stage companies with specific needs.
How do we do it? We focus on automation, exploring the newest solutions, and making sure our services are always as efficient as possible.

While some of our team members have legal background (and license to practice law) in foreign countries, too, we focus on providing the best service for those founders and funders who want to an exceptional support in the United States, especially in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City. We have amazing partners who can help with your foreign issues. We will gladly coordinate and remain your sole legal contact.

Subscriptions are monthly. Most of our clients come to us when they need a lot of work. By having our subscription prices as low as they are, we are often working at a loss in the first few months. While, as a law firm, we cannot lock you into an annual subscription, we kindly ask our clients to commit to no fewer than 6 months with us at the same or higher subscription package. That allows us to better understand your business, provide tremendous value, and build a long-lasting win-win partnership.
