Pricing you can plan around

Most firms bill for time, which means their incentive is to spend more of it. We price defined work at a flat fee, so our incentive is to get better and faster at it. When we improve, you pay the same and get the work sooner. That model works especially well for pre-Series B companies with repetitive legal needs. For later-stage companies, we build custom subscriptions around whatever the recurring work actually is.

An Output is a discrete, fixed-fee deliverable: formation documents, a specific contract, an option plan, a board package. You know the price before we start and you pay for a defined result.

When you need us in the room, on strategy calls, in negotiations, or working through a hard judgment call, we bill hourly. Those are the moments where the value is our thinking, not a document, and pricing them by time is the fair way to do it.
